Introduction
The Texas Sport Radio Network (TSRN) is a full-time, statewide sports radio network based in Austin, TX. TSRN is the first and only statewide sports radio network in Texas, and one of only a handful of statewide sports radio networks in the country.
TSRN currently consists of 10 stations across Texas: 4 in Austin, 3 in Houston, 1 in San Antonio, 1 in Dallas/Fort Worth, and 1 in El Paso. TSRN also has a statewide network of affiliate stations that carry select TSRN programming.
History of the Texas Sport Radio Network
The Texas Sport Radio Network (TSRN) is a statewide sports radio network based in Dallas, Texas. It is owned by Gow Broadcasting and operates five sports radio stations across the state.
TSRN was founded in 2009 by Gow Broadcasting founder and president, Neal Adams. The network aired its first live broadcast on October 1, 2009 – the University of Texas Longhorns vs. University of Oklahoma Sooners Red River Showdown football game.
Since then, TSRN has gone on to air a variety of sporting events, including college football and basketball, high school football and basketball, minor league baseball, and more. The network also produces a variety of original programming, such as The Hook’em Report – a daily show dedicated to coverage of the Longhorns – and The Border Report – a weekly show focused on coverage of high school sports along the Texas-Mexico border.
In addition to its flagship station in Dallas, TSRN operates stations in Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and El Paso.

The Texas Sport Radio Network is a regional radio network in the United States that covers the Dallas-Fort Worth market and surrounding areas. It serves as the flagship radio broadcaster for University of Texas sports, as well as providing live coverage of high school football games on Friday nights during the fall. The network also airs college basketball, baseball, and softball games, as well as other sporting events.
The Future of the Texas Sport Radio Network
The Texas Sport Radio Network (TSRN) is a sports radio network based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. The network currently consists of 17 radio stations across Texas.
TSRN was founded in 2016 with the goal of becoming the premier radio network for Texas sports fans. The network currently airs programming from some of the biggest names in sports radio, including ESPN Radio and Fox Sports Radio.
In addition to its flagship station, KRLD-FM 105.3 The Fan, TSRN also airs on KTCK-AM 1310 The Ticket, KESN-FM 103.3 ESPN Radio Dallas, KFLC-AM 1270 ESPN Deportes Dallas, and KYLE-FM 1560 Yahoo! Sports Radio Austin.
