Texas Sport Boats Conroe TX is hiring for the position of Boats Sales Associate!
We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic individual with a passion for boating and outstanding customer service skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong attention to detail are essential.
The job description is as follows:
The Boat Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales through new and existing customers by providing excellent customer service and creating a positive buying experience. This includes greeting customers, responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, quotes and pricing, completing sales transactions, and following up with customers after the sale. The Boat Sales Associate will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying opportunities to generate additional sales through upselling and cross-selling. Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, maintaining showroom appearance, attending boat shows and events as needed, and other duties as assigned.
