Texas City ISD Sport Physicals for 2018

Texas City Independent School District will offer sports physicals to student-athletes on Tuesday, July 31 and Wednesday, August 1 from 8 a.m. to noon at LaMarque High School. The cost is $10 cash or check only.

Who needs a sport physical?

All students entering the 7th grade and any students new to the district in grades 8-12 participating in a UIL activity must have a physical examination. The physical is valid for one year from the date of the exam.

When are sport physicals due?

All Sport Physicals for the 2018-2019 school year are due on or before Monday, August 6, 2018. If a student’s physical expires during the course of the season, he/she will not be able to participate until a new physical is on file. Please note that sport physicals are good for one year from the date of the exam.

How much do sport physicals cost?
