Of the 511,939 households in 2010,[25] 32.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them; 46.3% were headed by married couples living together; 15.5% had a female householder with no husband present; 32.5% were non-families; 25.7% were individuals; and 8.2% had someone 65 years of age or older living alone.[26] The average household size was 266 and the average family size was 3243 personas por miles cuadrados (1 413/km2).
