Services Offered
Central Texas Sport and Spine Center strives to provide the best possible care for our patients. We offer a variety of services to help those with disabilities. We offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. We also have a doctor on staff that can provide medication and other treatments. If you or someone you know is struggling with a disability, we urge you to come and see us.
Physical Therapy
At Central Texas Sport and Spine, we understand how disabling an injury or chronic pain can be. That’s why we offer a wide range of physical therapy services to help you regain your quality of life.
Our physical therapists are highly skilled and experienced in treating a variety of conditions, including:
-Orthopedic injuries
-Spinal disorders
-Headaches
-Chronic pain
-Work-related injuries
-Auto accidents injuries.
We offer a variety of physical therapy services, including:
-Manual therapy
-Joint mobilization

Hand Therapy
At Central Texas Sport and Spine Center, we offer hand therapy services to help patients regain function and reduce pain following an injury or surgery. Our therapists are certified in hand therapy and specialize in treating conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder.
Hand therapy is a type of rehabilitation that is specifically designed to treat conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. The goal of hand therapy is to help patients regain function and reduce pain following an injury or surgery.
Our therapists are certified in hand therapy and specialize in treating conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. We offer a variety of services to help our patients reach their goals, including:
• Customized treatment plans
• Joint protection education
• Pain management
• Scar management
• Splinting/orthotic fabrication
Work Hardening
Work hardening is a disability management service offered by Central Texas Sport and Spine Center. The goal of work hardening is to help the injured worker regain the skills and stamina necessary to return to their pre-injury job or an alternative position.
The work hardening program at Central Texas Sport and Spine Center is individualized to meet the needs of each patient. The program typically lasts 4-6 weeks and consists of 3-5 hours of therapy per day, 5 days per week.
Patients in the work hardening program will participate in activities that simulate their work tasks. They will also receive education on injury prevention and pain management. The therapists at Central Texas Sport and Spine Center will work closely with the patient’s employer to ensure a successful return to work.

Our staff includes experienced physicians, therapists, and counselors who are committed to helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. Facility
Central Texas Sport and Spine Center is a full service facility that provides a wide range of services to disabled individuals in the central Texas area. We offer both inpatient and outpatient services, as well as a variety of other services such as respite care, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term care. We are committed to providing the highest quality of care possible to our patients and their families.
Location
The Central Texas Sport and Spine Center is located at 1221 W. Mockingbird Lane in Dallas, Texas. We are easily accessible from anywhere in the DFW metroplex, and we offer ample free parking. Our facility is fully handicap-accessible, and we provide a wide range of services to accommodate our patients’ needs.
Hours
We are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We offer a wide range of services for people with physical disabilities, including:
