Texas State quarterback Tyler Arndt drops back against Texas Tech last year.

No quarterback has been more consistent since spring ball than senior Tyler Arndt.

While redshirt freshman Jordan Moore went through his “peaks and valleys,” Arndt traveled along a steady road.

Even though Arndt and Moore will be listed side-by-side when an official fall depth chart is released Tuesday, Arndt is confident he’s done enough to earn the start Saturday night when Texas State takes on Southern Miss.

“I’m pleased with myself,” Arndt said with a smirk after Saturday’s practice.  “I think they’re pleased, too. That’s about all I can tell you.”

When asked if he is where he wants to be at this stage of the season, Arndt replied, “I am.”

Kickoff is schedule for 6 p.m. Saturday night in Hattiesburg, Miss.

Do you happen to know if the game will be aired over the radio locally? Or will a Southern Miss. radio affiliate be airing the game through a live stream online?

Reason I ask about radio is that I haven’t seen anywhere where it may be televised.

    Thanks
