College Football: Season ticket update

As of this afternoon, “roughly 6,000″ season tickets have been sold to watch the Texas State Bobcats at home. This number is a huge jump from 2011, where 3,500 were sold the entire season.

Want an idea as to how other schools in the Western Athletic Conference are doing? Well, UTSA leads the way with 12,250 sold. Louisiana Tech and Texas State sit tied in second with 6,000 sold with New Mexico State in a distant fourth at 2,700.

San Jose State wouldn’t disclose a number, while Idaho and Utah State had yet to return a phone call.

Edit: Utah State sits somewhere around 7,500 sold.
