College Basketball: A closer look at Texas State’s streak

Last night Texas State extended its home win streak to 16 games with a 99-47 win against Huston-Tillotson.

Here is a look at the Bobcats’ streak, broken down by classification level of non-conference opponents. Last year Texas State went 8-0 in Southland Conference home games.

Division I — Houston, Houston Baptist, Texas-Pan American (2010)

Division III — Howard Payne, Texas Lutheran, Texas-Tyler (2010)

NAIA — Huston-Tillotson, Northwestern Oklahoma State University

The Bobcats can push their streak to 17 games Jan. 4 when they host Stephen F. Austin.
